摘要
区域基础教育资源配置均等化指数的测量能为国家优化基础教育资源配置政策提供重要的决策借鉴。在界定区域基础教育资源配置均等化内涵的基础上,可以分析基础教育资源配置均等化指数的内涵与类型,以及确定均等化指数测量的内涵及功能。从基于投入的完全均等化指数、基于投入的差异均等化指数、基于效率的完全均等化指数和基于效率的差异均等化指数等四方面,可以构建区域基础教育资源配置的均等化指数测量模型,并设计其测量的指标体系。
Measurement of regional elementary education resources collocation equalizaion index can provide reference for decision - making of the country government optimizing the policies for elementary education resources collocation. Based on defining the connotation of regional elementary education resources collocation equalization, its measurement index＇ s connotation and types are analyzed and its measurement connotation and functions are confirmed. Finally, the measurement model of regional elementary education resources collocation equalization index is constructed from four aspects including complete equalization index based on inputs, different equalization index based on inputs, complete equalization index based on efficiency and different equalization index based on efficiency, and their measurement index system is designed.
