摘要
泛亚铁路中通道玉溪至磨憨铁路拟在玉溪地区接轨,结合玉溪地区既有铁路现状及在建铁路建设情况,充分考虑昆明至玉溪提速改造及玉溪至蒙自新建铁路工程进度要求,多方案比选接轨方案,避免不必要的重复工程。本方案与玉溪市的总体规划充分协调,因地制宜地贯彻了"客线贯通、客货分站、立体疏解、点线能力协调"的理念,实现了枢纽内解编系统分工合理,减少了交叉干扰;客货列车径路顺畅,提高了运输效率,对保证通道运输安全也有十分重要的意义。
The line from Yuxi to Mohan in central corridor of Trans-Asian Railway is scheduled to link to Yuxi area. Taking into account of the current situation of existing railways and railways under construction in Yuxi area as well as accelerating project on Kunming-Yuxi section and progress of works on Yuxi-Mengzi new line, the scheme is determined based on comparison of multi-factors so as to avoid roundabout course in the works. The scheme, matching well with the overall planning of Yuxi prefecture, implements the idea of " opening the passenger line, separating passengers and freight service, untwining by tree-dimensional solutions and coordinating points and lines" to realize rational management and decrease cross interference at the junction station. A smooth traffic has considerable significance not only to enhance efficiency but to ensure safety of transportation for the corridor.
