摘要
以江苏省风电产业技术创新联盟为例,提出技术创新网络内知识转移影响因素的层次结构,在专家访谈的基础上综合使用AHP法和DEMATEL法,分析了各影响因素的权重排序、影响因素之间的关系以及在创新网络中的重要性。研究结果表明,地理接近度、结构稳定性和政策吸引力对其他因素有较大影响,同时非正式网络强度、渠道有效性、地理接近度和主体能力对知识转移效果的影响相对较大。
Taking the Wind Power Industry Technology Innovation Alliance of Jiangsu Province as an example, on the basis of expert in- terviews, combined with the AH_P and DEMATEL methods, this paper proposes the hierarchical structure of knowledge transfer influencing factors in technology innovation networks and analyzes the connections between the factors and the importance priorities of the factors in the innovation network system. This paper proved that geographic proximity, structural stability and policy attraction have a greater influence on other factors, at the same time informal network strength, channel effectiveness, geographic proximity and actors" ability have a larger impact on knowledge transfer in the network.
