摘要
以83.3 tex+80.5 tex竹节赛络棉纱为经纱,3.33 dtex T400弹力纤维纱为纬纱,生产赛络纺弹力牛仔布。介绍了经纬纱配置、原纱质量要求及织造的生产工艺流程,阐述了各工序的生产工艺条件和质量控制,突出解决生产上的难点。通过以上工艺生产出的赛络纺弹力牛仔布产品,布面光洁,手感柔软,弹性好,穿着舒适,吸湿排汗。
Taking 83.3tex plus 80.5tex Siro spun slub yarn as warp yam and T400 elastic fiber yarn as weft yam to have produced Siro spun elastic jean fabric. In this paper are introduced the assorting of its warp and weft yarns, yam quality requirements and weaving process flow, described the technological conditions and quality control as well as production difficulties in each process. The produced jean cloth is of smooth surface, soft touch, good elasticity, wearing confort and good wet absorption.
