Research on new energy-saving technology for chemi-mechanical pulping

摘要 研究了一种新的化机浆制浆节能技术--木材顺纹切削工艺,比较了木片经顺纹切削工艺获得的平均厚度为0.3mm薄片与平均厚度为2mm传统木片在P-RC APMP流程下的磨浆能耗及纸浆强度性能。结果表明:在同一用碱量下,获得同一加拿大游离度前提下,薄片P-RC APMP工艺磨浆电耗与传统木片P-RC APMP工艺相比下降28%左右;在相同磨浆能耗的前提下,采用薄片P-RC APMP工艺制得的纸浆有更高的裂断长及耐破指数,但撕裂指数相对较低。 A new energy-saving technology--wood cutting process along grain for chemical-mechanical pulping was studied. The refining energy consumption and pulp strength properties were compared under the same P-RC APMP process between the slice with an average thickness of 0.3mm, which was obtained by cutting wood along the grain, and the wood chip with an average thickness of 2mm. The results show that at the same alkali dosage and freeness level, refining energy consumption for slice P-RC APMP process decreases by 28% or so; at the same refining energy consumption, pulp produced by the slice P-RC APMP process has a higher breaking length and bursting index, but lower tearing index than that produced by the conventional wood chip.
