为了将环洞庭湖区的资源优势转化为产业优势,加快环洞庭湖生态经济区建设,应该大力发展具有典型循环经济特征和绿色生态产业特征的造纸工业,加快原料基地建设与集约化经营,建立林浆一体化与苇浆一体化大型企业,推动湖区造纸产业的转型升级,真正把洞庭湖区造纸产业打造成国家级生态经济示范产业、全国重要的造纸生产基地。
In order to turn resources advantage of the region around Dongting Lake into industrial advantage to speed up the construction of ecological economic development, it is important to develop paper industry with characteristics of recycling economics and green ecology, enhance the construction of raw material base and intensive management, build large-scale paper enterprises with forest & pulp integration or reed & pulp integration, push up the upgrade and transition of paper industry in Donting Lake region to make the paper industry in Dongting Lake region into a ecological economic demonstration industry of nation-level and China’s main papermaking base.
