摘要
目的了解护士工作投入状况,并探讨其在一般工作领域的影响因素。方法通过便利抽样法抽取8所医院1200名护士,采用工作投入量表和一般情况问卷进行调查。结果护士工作投入总均分为2.93±1.16,奉献、活力、专注各维度均分分别为3.11±1.32、3.01±1.13、2.67±1.25。护士的工作投入得分随年龄和工龄的增长而增长。职称、职务和科室不同的护士工作投入得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士工作投入水平偏低,应关注护士的正性工作状态和工作中的幸福感,以提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the work engagement status of nurses,and analyze the impact factor of work field.Method 1200 nurses from 8 hospitals were chosen to be investigated with Utrecht word engagement scale(UWES) and generalized information questionnaire,and the sampling method was convenience sampling.Results The mean score of work engagement was 2.93±1.16.And mean score of each dimension,including dedication,vitality,focusing,was 3.11±1.32,3.01±1.13,2.67±1.25.The score of work engagement increased with age and length of working.There were significant differences on nurses’ work engagement among professional title,professional technique post and department(P〈0.05).Conclusion The status of nurses’ work engagement is at a low level.It is necessary to focus on nurses’ positive work status and work happiness,so as to improve the quality of health care.
