摘要
目的了解农村卫生院护士静脉输液流程中消毒隔离技术执行情况。方法采用现场观察法和问卷调查法对10所农村卫生院83名护士输液流程中消毒隔离技术执行情况进行调查。结果消毒隔离、一次性无菌医疗用品的使用注意事项、医疗废物处置、职业防护等知晓率普遍偏低,分别为59%、60.2%、51.9%、68.6%;静脉输液流程中消毒隔离技术执行率偏低。结论农村卫生院应加强对护理人员消毒隔离知识的培训,增强监管力度,提高消毒隔离技术执行力,预防隐性医源感染。
Objective To explore the current situation of the disinfection and isolation of intravenous transfusion in township hospitals.Methods Questionnaire investigation and spot inspection were adopted to 83 nurses in township hospitals.Results The knowing rate of knowledge of the disinfection and isolation,disposable sterile medical supplies,medical waste and professional safety were lower,59%,60.2%,51.9%,68,6% respectively.The implementation of the disinfection and isolation was insufficient.Conclusion The township hospitals should train nurses to learn more knowledge of disinfection and isolation,improve the supervision system and control occult infection effectively.
