摘要
为了探讨临床技能竞赛对实习学生妇产科学临床技能学习的影响，以在中山大学附属第三医院实习的中山大学2006级五年制临床医学专业、2005级八年制临床医学专业自愿参加临床技能竞赛的26名学生为研究对象，对其进行问卷调查，并将其妇产科学技能操作考核的成绩与未参加技能竞赛的26名学生进行比较。研究结果表明，临床技能竞赛可以调动学生学习的主动性和积极性，促进学生妇产科学临床技能操作的准确性，提高实习学生妇产科学技能操作水平，值得推广。
To explore the expect of clinical skills competition in learning clinical skills of obstetrics and gynecology in interns, we elected 26 students of 2006 clinical clerkship undergraduate and 2005 eight- year doctoral students who joined in clinical skills competition voluntarily in Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University, we conducted a questionnaire survey of these students, and compared their test results of operate skills of obstetrics and gynecology with 26 students＇ who did not participate in clinical skills competitions. The results showed that clinical skills competition can mobilize students to learn initiative and enthusiasm, promote students＇ accuracy of clinical operation skills of obstetrics and gynecology, improve clinical operation skill ability of obstetrics and gynecology, thus it is worth extensive application.
