摘要
师资队伍建没是高等学校人才强校的战略性、基础性工作，其核心工作是青年教师的培养。近年来，昆明医科大学紧紧围绕新形势下学校建设发展需要什么样的教师和怎样培养这一主题，全面启动和扎实推进了新一轮的青年教师培养工作，初步构建了青年教师的分层培养体系，取得了初步的成效。
Faculty development is the strategic and basic work of strengthening university by talents. Its core work is to train young teachers. In recent years, Kunming Medical University has started and push forward the new round of youth teachers training, closely around the school construction and development under the new situation needs what kind of teacher and how to train. Kunming Medical University has initially built the stratification training system of young teachers and has achieved primary results.
