抗真菌药物的分类及几种药敏试验方法

摘要 近年来，随着各种抗真菌药物的普遍使用，与细菌耐药性发展的过程相同，也将会产生非常严重的后果。尽管对真菌耐药性的作用机制的了解，还没有像细菌耐药性那样已经有了比较系统和深入的研究，但随着真菌耐药性问题的出现和不断地发展，人们已经开始重视这一领域的研究。抗真菌药物的敏感试验可分为液体培养基稀释法、琼脂培养基法、药敏纸片法和E—test法等，此外，流式细胞仪法、葡萄糖消耗法、比色法等也逐渐应用开来。
