张力带治疗髌骨骨折术后股四头肌肌力改变的研究

摘要 【目的】探讨张力带治疗髌骨骨折术后股四头肌肌力的变化。【方法】回顾性分析单侧张力带治疗髌骨骨折的患者28例，并比较患侧与健侧6个月、9个月膝关节功能评分（KOOS）和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及股四头肌肌力。【结果】股四头肌等长收缩最大肌力（MVC）术后6个月较健侧明显减弱，至术后9个月略有所回复，但与健侧比较仍明显减弱，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；无论是患侧还是健侧在术后6、9个月K00S、VAs评分及股四头肌随意运动肌力（VA）比较均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。【结论】张力带治疗髌骨骨折术后患者的股四头肌最大肌力和随意运动肌力较健侧下降，但随意运动肌力较健侧之间没有差别。
