摘要
【目的】研究微量元素与过敏性紫癜（HSP）的关系。【方法】对33例HSP患者及33例健康对照儿童进行了全血6种微量元素检测分析。【结果】HSP患儿的全血铜、锌含量明显低于健康儿童（P〈O．05），而钙、镁、铁、铅等含量在两组间相比较异均无显著性（P均〉O．05）。【结~IHSP患儿部分微量元素含量存在异常。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between trace elements and henoch schonlein purpu- ra（HSP）. [Methods]Six trace elements in whole blood of 33 pediatric patients with HSP and 33 healthy chil- dren were measured and analyzed. [Results] The contents of Cu and Zn in whole blood of pediatric patients with HSP were significantly lower than those of healthy children（ P d0.05）, while there was no significant difference in the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Pb between two groups（all P ~0.05）. [Conclusion] The con- tents of some trace elements in pediatric patients with HSP are abnormal.
