摘要
目的探讨覆膜支架置入对晚期食管癌放疗的影响。方法回顾性分析42例晚期食管癌患者行食管支架置入后放疗(联合组)临床资料,并与同期43例单纯行放疗(放疗组)患者临床资料进行比较。比较两组患者近期临床症状缓解状况,合并症和生存时间。结果两组患者近期临床症状缓解率分别是100.0%和90.0%,合并症联合组有食管再狭窄1例,出血1例;放疗组有食管再狭窄2例、食管瘘2例。随访2年联合组有12例生存,放疗组有11例生存。结论覆膜支架置入能迅速缓解患者临床症状,对放疗所致的合并症及长期生存无明显影响。
Objective To explore the influence of esophageal stent insertion on radiotherapy in the management of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods Forty-two patients with esophageal carcinoma who underwent stent insertion before receiving radiotherapy （ com- bined group） were compared with another 43 patients who only had radiotherapy （radiotherapy group）. Symptom relief time, complica- tions and the survival time were analyzed. Results All patients of combined group had improvement of the symptom after the stent in- sertion, which was more quickly than the patients of radiotherapy group. No significant difference was observed on the complication and the survival time between two groups. Conclusion Stent insertion can allievate the clinical symptom quickly, but it can not affected the complications and survival time of radiotherapy.
