摘要
研究分析了山西三馆(由自行车馆、体育馆、游泳馆及连接平台组成)在露天施工下的日照非均匀温度作用.依据结构实际几何尺寸、截面参数、材料热物理性能参数等,分析计算一天各时刻结构上的太阳辐射、空气对流换热等作用,提出了结构日照温度场有限元建模与分析方法,合理假定结构初始温度为早晨5∶30时的大气温度,进行连续24h的有限元时程分析,获得了一天各时刻结构的日照非均匀温度作用大小及分布.结果表明,在最热月7月晴天无云的最不利工况下,结构局部最高温度达到了50℃,最大分布温差达17℃.最终提出了结构合拢施工温度取值的合理建议,为工程施工方案和误差控制提供了温度荷载参考信息.
The non uniform temperature load resulted by sunshine of Shanxi Three Gymnasiums under construction in the open air is studied. Shanxi Three Gymnasiums are composed of bicycle stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool and their connecting platforms. Based on the actual geometry, cross section parameters, thermal physical characteristics of materials, etc. of the structure, the finite element model is set up and the solar radiation, thermal convection between air and the structure, etc. are computed at intervals of half an hour in a day in the modeling. Supposing uniform air temperature at 5 : 30 am as the rational initial structure temperature, the non-uniform temperature field resulted by sunshine which sustains 24 hours is computed by transient analysis. The results show that the maximum temperature of the structure reaches 50℃, and the highest local temperature difference goes up to 17℃, under the worst- case weather condition that is in a cloudless day of July 15 in the hottest summer. Finally, the reasonable proposals of the working temperature for closure construction are given, which provides a temperature load reference for the structure construction scheme and error control.
