摘要
云南桥头堡建设进程不断加快,建设"绿色经济强省、民族文化强省、我国面向西南开放重要桥头堡",是全省当前和今后一个时期实现"科学发展、和谐发展、跨越发展"的战略新要求。通过分析云南省历史文化名城保护的重要性,结合历史文化名城评估标准及评价指标,提出了云南省历史文化名城保护的基本要求和分类保护方法,同时结合昆明的实践,提出了新时期昆明市历史文化名城保护的原则、结构和要求。
The Yunnan bridgehead construction process is accelerated ceaselessly, the construction of ＂a green economy strong province, strong province, culture of our country facing the opening of Southwest important bridgehead＂ is the current and future period of implementation of＇ scientific development, harmonious development, span development＂ strategy for the new requirements. In this paper, through the analysis of historical and cultural city in Yunnan province the importance of the protection of historical and cultural city, combining the evaluation standard and evaluation index, put forward Yunnan province to the protection of historical and cultural city protection requirements of basic requirements and classification. Combined with the practice of Kunming, put forward new period famous historical and cultural city of Kunming protection principle, structure and requirements.
