摘要
目的观察绝经后妇女取环术前应用雌三醇乳膏的临床效果。方法将150例绝经后妇女分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。取环术前分别给予雌三醇乳膏、米索前列醇阴道上药。观察两组宫颈软化程度、术中综合反应程度及取环结果。结果观察组与对照组在软化、扩张宫颈上比较无统计学意义,P>0.05,术中综合反应程度及取环成功率的比较,两组差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论雌三醇乳膏应用于绝经后妇女取环,可改善宫颈阴道条件,安全、方便,减轻患者痛苦,提高了取环成功率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of estriol vaginal cream before removing intrauterine device （IUD） on postmenopausal women. Methods 150 patients were divided averagely and randomly as observation group and control group with 75 eases respectively. Estriol cream was used vaginally before removal of IUD for observation group while misoprostol was given va- ginally for control group. We observed the degree of cervical softening and the response of patients during the procedure as well as the result of removal of IUD. Results There was no significant difference in the degree of cervical softening between two groups P 〉 0.05. There was significant difference in the degree of intraoperative response and the result of removing IUD between two groups P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Estriol cream can improve the cervical and vaginal conditions of postmenopausal women safely and conveniently before removal of IUD. It alleviates the suffering of patients and improves the success rate of removing IUD.
