经皮球囊扩张成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张成形术对骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法随访2009~2011年采用经皮球囊后凸椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折21例,35个椎体,测量术前术后骨折椎体的高度,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较患者术前和术后的疼痛变化。结果本组患者均能耐受该手术,3例出现骨水泥渗漏,1例位于椎前,2例位于椎间隙;术前术后脊柱X线片显示椎体高度有所恢复,脊柱后凸畸形改善,P<0.01;所有患者疼痛明显缓解,P<0.01。结论球囊后凸成形术能够有效地控制骨折疏松椎体压缩性骨折导致的疼痛,并可以部分恢复椎体高度,有利于改善脊柱的功能,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To discuss curative effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty for osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture. Methods Twenty one patients with 35 osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures were treated with percutaneous ky- phoplasty and were followed up. Both vertebral height of the treated vertebrae and pain by visual analog scale (VAS) were meas- ured and recorded pre and post operatively. Results All the patients well. Cement leakage happened in 1 case in front of the ver- tebrae and in 2 cases intervertebrally. X ray films showed vertebral height restoration after operation. The mean vertebral height increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). All the patients had significant relief of pain after operation ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Percutaneous ky- phoplasty has been shown to be effective in controlling pain caused by osteoporotic compression vertebral fractures, restoring the height of the vertebral body, improving the spinal function and life quality of the patients.
