摘要
目的介绍一种新型S型尿道扩张器联合等离子双极电切治疗男性单纯性尿道狭窄的方法,以提高腔内手术治疗尿道狭窄的治疗效果。方法总结2009年10月～2010年6月,我科利用S型尿道扩张器联合等离子双极电切治疗成功的尿道狭窄患者10例。结果 10例患者均获成功,随访12～20个月无1例术后复发。结论在等离子镜下置导丝,S型尿道扩张器逐级扩张,再联合等离子电切治疗男性单纯性尿道狭窄是一种创伤小,安全有效的方法,值得临床应用。
Objective To introduce a new S-type urethral expanders joint plasma bipolar electricity cut treat male simple urethral stricture method, in order to improve the lumen surgery urethral stricture therapeutic effect. Methods To summarize Oc- tober 2009 to 2010 June, I with S-type francescoli urethral expanders joint plasma bipolar electricity cut to successful treatment of patients with posterior urethral stenosis 10 cases. Results 10 patients have been successful, were followed up for 6 months to 2 years without a return after surgery. Conclusion In plasma mirror underneath the guidewire, S-type urethral expanders, then up- loaded expansion joint plasma electricity cut treat male simple urethral stricture is a small trauma, safe and effective method, worth of clinic application.
