摘要
通过支教工作实践,分析支教教师工作重心偏移、缺乏沟通机制、教师顶岗支教等问题及其原因,提出"一对一"帮扶、"双向选择"、转变支教模式等对策,以期发挥师范类高校教师支教效益的最大化。
Through the work of assisting in improving education in the backward areas (AIEBA), this paper analyzes the exist-ing problems: the teachers' deviation from their work focus, lack of communication mechanism, etc. It forwards some strategies of "one-to-one" helping mode, "two-way selection" and changing the present AIEBA mode so as to optimize the effeci of AIEBA.
