摘要
由于原木段形状不规则,传统的原木定心法难以获得最佳定心位置。开发一种设备造价低廉、易于实现的木段轮廓激光三角法测距扫描法,通过将激光线光源投射在定轴旋转的木段上,获得木段反射图像,再经软件处理,获得木段表面与旋转轴中心的实际位移,建立木段三维数字轮廓,可大大提高定心精度,实现木段优化定心设计。
As the irregular shape of blocks, it is difficult to get the best positioning with positioning methods. The authors developed a new precise scanning method which is cheap and could easily transform blocks profiles into digitization. By projecting laser beams on rotating blocks, reflected images of the blocks were obtained. Then processed by software, the actual displacement from the blocks surface to the axis of rotation centers was calculated. Finally, the 3D contour of the blocks can be easily constructed.
