顺行腓骨短肌肌瓣在修复胫骨中段骨外露骨髓炎中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 胫骨中段骨外露、骨髓炎是骨科的常见病，多由严重的创伤所引起，经常合并有小腿前侧及后侧的软组织损伤，如治疗不及时或处理不当，伤口会出现混合性细菌感染、局部瘢痕、窦道形成，甚至伴有下肢肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬，肢体功能受到严重影响。肌瓣具有血运丰富，转移组织量大，可塑性强等优点，转移后有利于控制局部感染，促进伤口愈合。邻近非主干血管蒂（肌）皮瓣修复小腿中下段软组织缺损，切取简便，对组织损伤少，不影响肢体的血液供应，成功率高。2005年1月至2010年10月我们对18例胫骨中段骨外露、骨髓炎的患者采用顺行腓骨短肌肌瓣修复，1周后行肌瓣表面邮票植皮术，效果满意。
