摘要
总结国内外环境友好型胶合板用胶改性技术的研究成果,重点分析传统"三醛胶"的改性处理、无甲醛生物质胶黏剂和化学胶黏剂的应用以及单板预处理等可以降低胶合板中甲醛释放量的技术措施,讨论上述处理技术在应用中存在的问题及未来研究方向。
The authors reviewed recent progress of environmentally-friendly plywood and focused on the modification of current adhesives used in plywood. There were three important methods used to reduce the emissions of formaldehyde, including modification of traditional formaldehyde-based adhesives, application of biomass-based adhesives and thermo-plastic adhesives as well as pretreatment of veneer. Based on the analysis on these processing methods, the development trend and research directions of the environmentally-friendly plywood were also discussed.
