游离肱三头肌入路内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨游离肱三头肌入路内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法对16例肱骨髁间骨折采用肘后正中切口,游离肱三头肌入路,双钢板复位内固定。结果 16例获得12～16个月的随访,所有骨折愈合良好,无尺神经损伤并发症。肘关节功能评分结果:优10例,良4例,可1例,差1例。结论采用游离肱三头肌入路,在不破坏伸肘装置的情况下较充分显露并完成肱骨髁间骨折的复位内固定,创伤小,可早期活动关节,肘关节功能恢复良好,疗效满意。
