经皮微创锁定钢板固定治疗肱骨近端骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创锁定钢板固定(MIPPO)治疗肱骨近端骨折的方法及疗效。方法采用MIPPO技术结合锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折20例。结果本组获随访6~24个月,均获骨性愈合,愈合时间平均13.6周。疗效按Neer评分标准:优12例,良5例,可3例,优良率85%。结论采用MIPPO技术结合锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种安全有效的方法,其具有创伤小、血运破坏少、固定牢靠等优点,值得推广应用。
