AO张力带、锁骨钩钢板和双Endobutton技术治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位比较 被引量：11

摘要 目的比较应用AO张力带、锁骨钩钢板和双Endobutton技术治疗RockwoodⅢ型以上的肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法对60例RockwoodⅢ型以上的肩锁关节脱位分别予以AO张力带、锁骨钩钢板和双Endobutton技术进行治疗。结果Endobutton组Constant-Murley评分优于AO张力带、锁骨钩钢板,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论双Endobutton技术比较传统的AO张力带、锁骨钩钢板术式简单易行、疗效满意。
