小脑海绵状血管瘤12例报告 被引量：2

摘要 颅内海绵状血管瘤（intracranialcerebralcavernousan—glomas．ICCA）是一种中枢神经系统血管畸形，而非真性肿瘤。其是由众多薄壁血管组成的海绵状异常血管团，约占所有血管畸形的10％～15％。人群发生率约为0．4％～0．8％。ICCA好发于幕上大脑皮质下．幕下少见．小脑的ICCA更为少见。但小脑的ICCA有其相应的临床特点．本文回顾性分析我院自2000～2011年收治并经手术病理证实小脑海绵状血管瘤12例的诊治经验，现报告如下。
