摘要
常温下使用RPB-O3/H2O2法对黑索今废水进行处理,考察了超重力因子β、初始pH、H2O2与O3摩尔比、液体流量以及处理时间等因素对黑索今去除率的影响。实验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件β=75,pH=9,臭氧质量浓度约为40 mg/L,H2O2与O3摩尔比为0.3,液体流量为140 L/h时,700 mL废水处理15 min后,黑索今去除率达到98.6%,处理后废水中黑索今质量浓度为0.056 mg/L,COD为21 mg/L,达国家一级排放标准。
RDX wastewater is treated with RPB-O3/H2O2 at room temperature in this study. The influence factors of this method, including high gravity factor β, initial pH, molar ratio of H2 02 and O3 , liquid flow rate and reactive time have been studied. The resuhs indicate that the optimal operation parameters are 75 of β,9 of pH, about 40 mg/L of ozone concentration. With 700 mL RDX wastewater treated 15 minutes under the optimum operation condition, the RDX content and removal rate reached 98.6% and 0. 056 mg/L respectively. The COD is 21 mg/L. The treated wastewater can meet the primary discharge standard.
