摘要
介绍了超声、微波及高压脉冲电场等物理场技术在多糖提取方面的应用,分别阐述了它们提取多糖的原理与特点,并对影响因素进行了分析,同时还探讨了物理场与其他技术协同对多糖提取的影响,最后对物理场技术提取多糖的前景进行了分析与展望。
The ultrasound, microwave and high-voltage pulsed electric field technology in the application of polysaccharides extraction are introduced. The principles and characteristics of polysaecharides extraction are described. The influence factors are analyzed. The influence of physical field assisted technology on polysaccharides extraction is discussed. The prospects of polysaccharides extraction with physical field technology are put forwards in the end.
