人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)与辅助生育技术 被引量:2

摘要 人类绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)由Hirose于1920年发现,是古老、神秘莫测、永恒不衰、屡用仍鲜的生殖激素/生物制品。今天,含hCG的高纯度人绝经期尿促性腺激素(hMG)——贺美奇(Menopur)被广泛使用,其药物动力学原理是利用hCG驱动LH的活性。我们可以通过复习hCG生物学结构和活性,了解其对卵泡发育的影响以及在诱发排卵与超促排卵中的应用,本刊重点讨论hCG对生殖功能的调节。
