胰头原发恶性纤维组织细胞瘤一例
摘要
患者女，68岁，斟上腹部隐痛1月余于2010年10月29日入院。患者1个月前无明显诱凶开始出现上腹部隐痛不适，时伴有向背部放射，无恶心呕吐，尤返酸黑便，有厌食乏力并进行性消瘦。
