摘要
他汀类药物是一类3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂。通过近年来国内外药理研究发现,他汀类药物不仅仅在机体的降脂方面具有良好的疗效,它还在抗炎症反应、改善内皮细胞功能、稳定斑块和抑制血栓形成等方面有着良好的表现。本文主要对他汀类药物的临床功效及作用机制进行综述,主要包括他汀类药物在心血管疾病、骨质疏松、败血症、高血压、糖尿病肾病以及肿瘤疾病等方面的应用进展。随着人们对他汀类药物研究的不断深入,其发生作用机制将更加明确,同时他汀类药物的应用也会随之进一步延伸,在更多领域和学科中有所应用。
Atatins are a class of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaric acid-cohydrogenase A reductase inhibitor. The pharmacological of domestic and external study showed in recent years, not only in the body of statin lipid-lowering has a good effect, but also has a good performance in anti-inflammatory response, improving endothelial function, stable plaque and inhibit thrombosis. The statin clinical efficacy and action mechanism were mainly reviewed at this paper, which including statins in cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, sepsis, hypertension, diabetic nephropathy and neoplastic diseases and other aspects of the application. Along with the research penetrating into the statin, the mechanism of pesticide effect will be m^re clearly defined, and statin use will be further extended in more fields and subjects.
