耻骨直肠肌综合征手术前后肛管直肠动力学55例分析 被引量：4

摘要 耻骨直肠肌综合征是出口梗阻性便秘常见因素之一，主要是肥厚痉挛的耻骨直肠肌牵拉肛管直肠交界处，使肛管直肠角变小，肛管压力增大，致肛管难以有效的开放引起便秘。研究耻骨直肠肌综合征患者肛管直肠动力学改变与便秘的关系，为合理治疗提供客观依据，我们采用江苏伟思公司生产的多导单囊肛管直肠功能测定仪，分别测定耻骨直肠肌综合症患者手术前后的直肠肛管压力，并与正常人相比较，现报告如下。
