摘要
【目的】探讨滑膜肉瘤的MRI表现及病理基础。【方法】回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的滑膜肉瘤患者的MRI资料,并和病理结果对照。【结果】滑膜肉瘤是临近关节、肌腱附近生长的软组织肿块,可跨越关节生长,不累及关节腔。MRI表现长T1长T2信号,肿块内见低信号分隔,T2WI信号高于皮下脂肪或为混杂高信号,瘤体中见结节状更高信号区;相邻骨质受损表现长T1长T2信号改变,临近骨质多表现压迫性侵蚀,出现骨重新塑性和骨质破坏。增强扫描肿瘤明显强化。【结论】MRI影像学表现可为临床提供更准确、丰富的影像学信息。
[ Objective] To evaluate MR imaging manifestation in diagnosing synovial sarcoma. [ Methods] A retrospective review was performed of MR imaging manifestation in 12 patients with pathologically confirmed synovial sarcoma. [ Results] Synovial sarcoma showed unsharp defined irregular parenchyma mass, closing to joint or tendon and could grew spanning joint and sparing articular cavity. MRI signals were mainly low intensity on TIWI and inhomogeneously high intensity on T2WI which were higher than subcutaneous fat. The destroyed bone showed low intensity on TIWI and high intensity on T2WI. Enhancement of tumor is conspicuous. [Conclusion ] MRI diagnosis of synovial sarcoma has no features but it is important imageology means and may provide accurate and abundant imageology information.
