摘要
目的探讨血清中let-7、miR-125b-1、miR-21水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的相关性。方法收集NSCLC患者与健康对照人群的血清,通过荧光定量PCR检测并比较外周血let-7、miR-125b-1、miR-21的表达水平。结果let-7、miR-125b-1表达量在NSCLC患者血清中均低于对照组,而miR-21表达量显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。其与健康对照组血清的比值平均为21.1%、13.5%、207.4%。结论外周血let-7、miR-125b-1、miR-21水平可能成为一种新的生物标记物用于NSCLC的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the correlation of let-7, miR-125b-1, miR-21 level in the peripheral blood and non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Serum of NSCLC patients and healthy control subjects were collected. Let-7, miR-125b-1 and miR-21 levels were deteCted by fluorescence quantitative PCR and compared. Results Serum let-7, miR-125b-1 levels in NSCLC patients were significantly decreased, while miR-21 expression was significantly increased (both P 〈 0.01) than that in the healthy controls. The average ratio of let-7, miR-125b-1 and miR-21 level in the patients and the controls were 21.1% 13.5% and 207.4%, respectively. Conclusion Let-7, miR-125b-1 and miR-21 levels in the peripheral blood may be new biomarkers for early diagnosis of NSCLC.
