摘要
对温江、金堂周边农村居民进行新型农村合作医疗基金监管方面进行调查,通过数据整理,重点分析了新型农村合作医疗的基金征集与管理存在的问题,运用内部控制外部化提出解决对策,以加强新型农村合作医疗基金的监管,促进新型农村合作医疗制度的可持续发展。
According to the collected investigation data on the new rural cooperative medical fund supervision in Wenjiang and Jintang, the problems in the fund collection and management were analyzed ,and then tried to be solved with the theory of internal control externalization ,with the aim to strengthen the supervision of new rural cooperative medical fund supervision and promote the sustainable development of new rural coopera- tive medical system.
