摘要
通过借鉴其他连锁超市的成功经验,运用基于RFID的物流配送管理理论和方法以及现代信息技术构建农村连锁超市物流系统,总结当前农村连锁超市的物流配送中存在的问题,并提出对策建议:建立稳定完善的供应商服务网络;大力提高配送效率,有效降低成本;勇于创新,探索网络式配送模式;通过培训提升配送人员的整体水平。
Based on the successful experience of other supermarket chains, a rural supermarket chains logistics system was constructed with the RFID logistics distribution theory and method as well as modem information technology ,the problems in the present logistics distribution of rural supermarket chains were summarized,and some suggestions were proposed, for example, to establish a stable and perfect supplier services network, actively improve the distributing efficiency, effectively reduce the costs ,try to explore an innovative network distribution pattern, and improve the overall level of delivery persons through training.
