膝关节后外侧结构损伤诊治研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 膝关节后外侧结构（PLS）解剖结构复杂，是膝关节重要的动力和静力稳定结构。损伤多由车祸、运动和坠落引起，常并发后交叉韧带等其它韧带损伤。PLS主要有外侧副韧带、胭肌腱和胭腓韧带，能防止膝关节内翻、胫骨外旋和后坠，且是其他韧带结构成功修复的基础，忽视或延误其治疗将导致膝关节不稳，甚至手术重建失败。膝关节物理检查是诊断PLS损伤的关键，PLSI。和Ⅱ。损伤以非手术治疗为主，Ⅲ°损伤早期手术修复治疗效果较好。目前的治疗主要包括直接紧缩修复、PLC股骨侧结构移位紧缩术、转移股二头肌肌腱加强重建术、游离自体肌腱或同种异体肌腱重建加强术等。该文就PLS基础研究及损伤的诊治进展作一综述。
