摘要
目的观察米非司酮配合米索前列醇在中期妊娠引产中的疗效。方法选择我院2008．6－2012．3停经14-27周计划外怀孕要求引产的孕妇52例，年龄18－40岁滇中疤痕子宫5例），无明显的妊娠合并症，采用米非司酮配合米索前列醇引产，并与单用利凡诺引产对比。结果米非司酮米索前列醇配合疗效明显优于单用利凡诺。结论米非司酮米索前列醇配合在中期妊娠引产中成功率高。
Objective To observe the mifepristone with the efficacy of misoprostol in the mid-pregnancy induction of labor. Methods choose 52 cases of the pregnant women who voluntarily reqnest stopping pregnant by 14-27 weeks using above method in our hospital . vompare induvtion of labor with the single rivanol. Results mifepristone, misoprostol, with the better effect than single rivanol, Conclusion mifepristone misoprostol with a high success rate in the mid-term pregnancy induction of labor.
