摘要
目的探讨超声引导介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的价值。方法超声引导下经腹、经阴道进行卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺抽液，并注入无水酒精术共48例，术后复查、随访。结果43例病例通过一次性治疗囊腔完全封闭，5例因囊肿较大，经二次治疗，所有病例2a内均消失，短期随访未见复发。结论超声引导下无水酒精治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿安全，有效，值得临床广泛应用。
Objective to study ultrasound guidance interventional treatment for ovarian chocolate cyst value. Methods ultrasound-guided abdominal, transvaginal for ovarian chocolate cyst puncture pumping fluid, and infuse water was no alcohol altogether 48 cases, postoperative check, follow-up. Results 43 cases through the one-time treatment capsule is completely closed cavity, 5 cases of large cysts, through second treatment, all cases are disappear within two years, short-term follow-up has not seen the method. Conclusion ultrasound-guided alcohol treatment without water ovarian chocolate cyst safe, effective, and clinical widely used.
