摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者介入治疗的护理。方法回顾性分析2011年6月－12月来我院行冠脉造影的手术患者共148例，总结术后各主要护理措施的要点。结果通过冠心病患者护理程序，148例患者，6例发生轻微并发症，经正规、细致处理后均康复出院。结论对冠脉支架术患者进行系统、精细的护理干预，做好患者的心理护理、术前准备、术中监护，并发症的预防护理等措施，可以提高冠脉支架植入术的临床护理质量，减少并发症。
Objective TO investigate the care of coronary artery stent implantion. Methods Totally of 148patients who underwent coronary angiography from June to December 2011 were enrolled in this retrospective study, and summarized main points of primary care measures. Results Through fine care, 6 cases of 148 patients who suffered minor complications, by detailed nursing were successfully discharged. Conclusion As for the patients of PCI, good psychological care, preoperative preparation , intraoperative monitoring and so on can improve the quality of PCI clinical nurse, reduce complications, improve quality of life.
