异位内膜中明胶酶表达与子宫内膜异位症（EMs）分期的相关性分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨异位内膜中明胶酶MMP-2、-9及mRNA的表达与子宫内膜异位症（EMs）分期的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SABC法和RT—PCR法分别检测EMs组I-IV期异位内膜和对照组（正常子宫内膜组）内膜中明胶酶MMP-2、-9及mRNA的表达情况。结果EMs组各期异位内膜中明胶酶MMP-2、-9及mRNA的表达均显著高于对照组正常内膜；EMs组I～IV期异位内膜明胶酶MMP-2、-9及mRNA的表达强度随分期而增加。结论明胶酶MMP-2、-9及mRNA的表达强度与EMs分期呈正相关，其表达水平的高低可能标示着EMs异位内膜的侵袭性。
