摘要
目的探讨防逆流静脉留置针防逆流和免冲封管的，l各床应用效果。方法随机选取患者100例，分为两组，观察组和对照组各50例，两组均使用防逆流静脉留置针，其中观察组采用免冲封管，对照组采用常规的冲封管方法。结果两组实验组无一例发生血液回流，在临床应用中无差别。结论防逆流静脉留置针可以免冲封管，从而减轻护士的工作量和患者的心理压力。
Objective Investigate the clinical effect of anti-counter-current venous catheter anti countercurrent and red-free sealed tube. Methods Randomly selected 100 patients, divided into 50 cases of the observation group and control group, both groups use the anti-counter-current venous catheter, and the observation group were free red sealed tube in the control group using conventional red sealed tube.Results Both Experimental group and control group have no case of blood return, no difference in clinical applications. Conclusion Anti-counter-current venous catheter-free redsealed tube, so as to reduce the psychological pressure of the workload of nurses and patients.
