摘要
在“军卫一号”HIS系统平台下实现了办公自动化系统（OA）的接入，本文重点讨论了OA的总体方案及所实现的各项功能。实施B／S结构的办公自动化系统，使相关人员能够有效地获得整体的信息，提高了医院整体的反应速度和决策能力。OA充分利用全院的信息资源，优化和规范了医院工作流程，降低了医院管理成本，提高了医护人员日常办公效率。
To achieve office automation system （ OA ） access based on ＂ No.1 Military Medical Project＂ his system platform. This paper mainly discusses the OA scheme and the realization of the various functions. The implementation of office automation system based on B/S makes the staff effectively obtain the whole information, improves the hospital overall response rate and decision ability. OA makes full use of the information resources, optimizes and regulates hospital work flow ,reduces the cost of hospital management and improves the medical staff＇s daily work efficiency.
