摘要
以红掌的无菌试管苗为材料,研究了不同种类的糖源(包括蔗糖和食用白糖)及其浓度对红掌不定芽的增殖和生根的影响;同时比较了不同类型的水源(包括自来水和蒸馏水)对红掌试管苗增殖和生根的影响。研究结果表明:白糖和自来水的使用并不影响试管苗正常的增殖和生根。增殖培养中,以40%白糖+蒸馏水的培养基增殖倍数最高;生根培养中,以20%白糖+自来水的培养基生根较好。在生根阶段使用琼脂条代替琼脂粉,发现琼脂条可以代替琼脂粉作为培养基的固化物。
The in vitro - cultured plants of potted Anthurium andraeanum were used as explants for investigating the effects of different kinds and concentrations of sugar ( sucrose and white sugar) and different types of water ( distilled wa- ter and tap water) on the multiplication and rooting of adventitious shoots. The results indicate that the using of white sugar and tap water do not affect adventitious shoot multiplication and rooting. During the multiplication of adventitious shoots, the best medium is 40% white sugar + distilled water. During the rooting of adventitious shoots, the medium of 20% white sugar + tap water is best. The results also indicate that the agar strip could be used to substitute the agar powder for rooting culture of adventitious shoots.
