封闭负压引流技术在胫腓骨开放性骨折中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨使用封闭负压引流技术(VSD)治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法 2008年1月至2011年1月,采用封闭负压引流技术结合外固定支架或钢板螺钉内固定并适时修复软组织缺损治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折,创面条件允许后进行皮瓣转移或植皮术。结果对24例病例都进行了随访,伤口均完全愈合,骨折延迟愈合2例,无畸形愈合,无骨折不愈合,移植的皮瓣皮肤成活,外观满意。结论 VSD为治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的可靠方法。
