摘要
本文旨在探讨独立学院大学生自我同一性与心理健康的关系,为高等学校独立学院的大学生心理健康教育提供依据和参考。研究方法主要采用SCL-90和同一性状况量表,对498名独立学院大学生进行问卷调查。研究发现,独立学院大学生的同一性存在显著差异,在SCL-90测试中9项因子有5项得分均值高于全国常模;独立学院大学生的自我同一性发展水平对其心理健康具有预测作用,需参照其自我同一性和心理健康的相关度,采取相应措施进行心理辅导与干预。
This paper aims to explore the independent college students' self - identity and its relationship with mental health,to provide base and reference to independent college students mental health education. The main research methods using SCL- 90 and identity status scale, 498 college students conducted a questionnaire survey. Study found that the independent college students, with a significant difference in SCL - 90 test, 5 factors of 9 mean score higher than the national norm; independent college students Ego - Identity development level of its mental health plays a role in predicting, need to consult their self- identity and mental health related degree, to adopt corresponding measures for psychological counseling and intervention.
