摘要
法国作为世界上第一个制定继续教育法的国家,近年来不断加强继续教育工作,使其特征更加鲜明:重视立法;健全政府管理职能;保证经费来源;注重师资队伍建设;实行带薪休假制度;注重培训机构与企业的联系等。这些鲜明特征可为我国开展继续教育提供借鉴。
France, as the first country to formulate continuing education law in the world, continues to strengthen the continuing education in recent years. That makes its features more distinctive. attaching importance to the legislation; improving the functions of government; guaranteeing the source of funding; strengthening the teaching staff; instituting the system of paid vacation; strengthening contracts between the training institutions and the enterprises, and so on. These distinctive feathers can provide the reference for our country to carry out the continuing education.
