摘要
目的研究和探讨止咳平喘汤加西药对喘息型慢性支气管炎急性发作治疗效果,指导临床治疗。方法随机选择我院近3年喘息型慢性支气管炎急性发作患者75例,A组30例为对照组,行氯化铵合剂治疗方法;B组45例为治疗组,在A组基础上,加止咳平喘汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息减轻,肺功能明显改善,治疗效果高于对照组。结论止咳平喘汤加西药治疗喘息型慢性支气管炎急性发作,能够有效缓解患者病症,改善肺功能,疗效较好,具有较高临床使用价值。
Objective Research and study of cough and asthma the effects of Tonga,Western medicine treatment of acute attack of chronic asthmatic bronchitis,and guiding clinical treatment.Methods Randomly selected hospital in the past three years,70 cases of asthmatic patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,30 cases of group A,the OK ammonium chloride mixture treatment for the control group;40 cases of Group B for the treatment group,on the basis of group A,soup and cough and asthma treatment.Comparison of two groups of treatment.Results Patients treated with cough,sputum,wheezing,reduced lung function significantly improved therapeutic effect higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Western medicine of Tonga acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,asthmatic cough and asthma,can relieve the patient’s illness,improvement in lung function,good effect,with a high clinical value in use.
