末端高层反导武器系统PHM单Socket模型仿真分析

摘要 为研究PHM方法的应用问题,从建模角度分析两种不同的PHM方法。利用MTBF概率分布和socket的全寿命周期费用建模,介绍模型仿真方法。研究末端高层反导武器系统单socket全寿命周期费用与安全极限和预测距离的关系。最后,用实例分析介绍PHM费用的确定方法和PHM方法的选择过程。模型仿真结果可以作为PHM方法选择和具体参数设定的依据,其结论可以指导末端高层反导武器系统PHM技术的应用。 For studying how to apply PHM, analyzed LRU-independent methods and precursor to failure monitoring form modeling point. U- tilized the probability density function of MTBF and the LCC of socket for modeling, and introduced simulating method. Then, the relations between single socket LCC of terminal high altitude antiballistic missile weapon system and safety margin or prognostic distance was stud- ied. Finally, introduced how to calculate PHM cost and select PHM methods using example analysis. The simulation result can be used for selecting PHM methods and calculating particular parameters, the conclusion can also direct how to apply PHM in terminal high altitude antiballistic missile weapon system.
